· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
· Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems implementation..Job Responsibilities:· Responsible for implementing the approved Inspection Test Plan during material receiving, construction, and installation activities on-site as per the approved Project Quality Plan.
· Familiar with standard drawings, symbols, abbreviations, and general notes for concrete works and anchor bolt details.
· Experienced in earthwork excavation, backfilling, and site preparation inspection activities.
· Knowledgeable in concrete, epoxy grout, and non-shrink cementitious grout works inspection activities.
· Experienced in roads and pavements inspection activities.
· Proficient in backfilling material selection and approval, water analysis, surveying, and pre- and post-inspection for soil stripping, excavation, backfilling, and compaction.
· Familiar with the approval process for concrete mix design and concrete ingredients such as cement, coarse and fine aggregates, water, and admixtures.
· Experienced in material inspection for concrete ingredients (cement, sand, aggregates, silica), steel reinforcement, welded wire mesh, and reinforcement accessories.
· Proficient in inspecting blinding concrete, screed concrete, and pre-pour inspections for formwork, rebar, and all embedded elements.
· Experienced in pre-pour checks (concrete material receiving at site), including slump tests, temperature checks, cube sampling, pouring time, temperature, and humidity monitoring.
· Knowledgeable in periodic sample testing for aggregate, water, silica, fresh concrete density, sulfate and chloride content, water absorption, chloride permeability, and alkali content.
· Experienced in post-pour inspections, including hardened concrete tests and concrete repairs.
· Familiar with inspection of precast installation, concrete surface preparation, protection works, and concrete paving inspections.
· Experienced in reviewing material submittals for cementitious and epoxy grouts.
· Proficient in surface preparation, grout mixing, and placement inspection activities for cementitious and epoxy grouts.
· Knowledgeable in grout sampling, frequency testing, and curing.
· Responsible for reviewing and approving method statements and procedures.
· Ensures the integrity and legal compliance of materials by engaging and working with client representatives, clients, and project personnel.
· Issues relevant quality records and, when necessary, writes and submits non-conformance reports to the QC Supervisor.
· Prepares as-built drawings according to the client’s scope.
· Witnesses tests, controls, and inspections as required.
· Coordinates punch list closure with the project team, supervisors, and foremen.
· Ensures conformity with the Quality Control Plan by reviewing documentation, procedures, and equipment used in tests, controls, and inspections while managing relevant certification documents.
· Responsible for raising Non-Conformance Reports.
· Carries out any other QA/QC responsibilities assigned as per project quality requirements.Job Requirements:
· Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry
· Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, industry codes (ASME, ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO), and inspection techniques.
· Experience with earthworks, concrete testing, reinforcement inspection, and grouting procedures.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Expected salary: 10000 – 13000 per month
