- Create strategic buying plans, forecast demand, and curate seasonal assortments across adventure categories, ensuring optimal stock and timely replenishment.
- Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and explore sourcing options to secure quality, cost-effective products.
- Manage budgets, track key financial metrics, and align buying decisions with profitability and business goals
- Lead the buying team, drive cross-functional alignment, and continuously improve processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Expected salary: 25000 per month
