Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Respectabilities:

- Develop working templates for establishing and tracking project fit out requirements, technical specifications, cost estimations and appointment of contractors.
- Work with the Project Manager to establish key performance indicators for critical Fit out parameters on the project.
- Develop systems for reporting to monitor and track Fit out technical issues
- Review the supervision consultant’s procedures for quality checks and site inspections Fit out and monitor processes to address all Civil & Structural site related issues.
- Serve as the fit out expert in the PM team for all matters related to design, quality assurance and documentation of structural works.
- Acquire a detailed understanding of contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, fit out systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedules to advise the project manager as necessary.
- Assist in the development and review of fit out systems for the project. Manage the supervision consultant to approve the contractor’s as-built drawings and submittals and log fit out changes and as-built information.
- Define scope, budget and justification of fit out change work orders & Ensure appropriate usage and application of the Project Management System (PMS) with respect to entry and analysis of work related data.
- Monitor design consultants and the fit out supervision consultants with regard to approvals and liaise with local authorities and ministerial agencies as necessary.
- Assist in development of RFPs/Tenders by QPM as part of the procurement process. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager (onsite) to collate and analyze periodic reports to help understand project performance against fit out standards and drive remedial actions.
Expected salary: 15000 – 17000 per month
