Job description: Charterhouse is working with a leading European Manufacturer, specialized in access control solutions for global projects. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Engineer to join their projects team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and converting leads to confirmed sales.About the role
The purpose of this role will be to proactively seek new business opportunities through conducting regular field visits to prospective clients, whilst utilising an existing network of contractors, sub-contractors and OEMs. Evaluation of potential leads and regular CRM tracking will be required in order to stay on top of projects, information share with colleagues and effectively manage sales pipelines. This role will report to the Project Sales Manager collaborating closely to assess market performance, creating tailored proposals which meet client requirements in order to convert leads and achieve company KPIs. Additionally, there will be regular interaction involved with various stakeholders and departments including finance, logistics and service to ensure smooth delivery of products in line with company compliance guidelines and client specifications.About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering or Business Administration, with a minimum of 4 years proven track record in securing new business for large scale building projects across the UAE.Our client is open to considering candidates who have worked with a leading manufacturer of building materials who has a strong existing network of contacts such as contractors, sub-contractors and OEMs. This role requires regular travel across the UAE and due to the fieldwork involved, the successful individual must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and have their own vehicle.Follow us on LinkedIn for daily updates on all new opportunities
Expected salary: 14000 – 16000 per month
