- Project scope: Defines the project scope, sets schedules, and allocates resources
- Project management: Oversees the project from conception to completion, ensuring it’s delivered on time and within budget
- Team management: Provides direction and manages the day-to-day activities of the project team, including consultants and contractors
- Communication: Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to ensure milestones are met
- Quality assurance: Ensures quality deliverables and that QA/QC procedures are followed
- Risk management: Minimizes exposure and risk on the project
- Documentation: Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Collaboration: Collaborates with a diverse team of professionals, such as architects, engineers, and construction staff
- Compliance: Monitors compliance with building and safety codes and regulations
Expected salary: 20000 – 25000 per month
