Role Description
Their team is managing a busy pipeline of projects and looking looking for established client-side Project Managers to assist with the delivery of high profile government and private projects in the Education space.

Depending on your level of seniority, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder management throughout any remaining design/procurement phases.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  • Contract management during the construction phase, holding builders accountable to budgets, timelines, and quality control.
  • Liaising with clients and providing regular updates/reports.

Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, ideally with Healthcare, Education, Justice or other Government-related projects.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
  • GC21 contract experience, working with VIC Government contracts.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with construction and the delivery phase of projects.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
  • Live environment is essential
