In this role you will act as a liaison between key stakeholders including the project owner, architects, superintendent, suppliers and subcontractors through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Manager role, working within the education sector in Dallas.

The role:
- Take project from Estimator and oversee from start to finish
- Prepare contracts, write subcontracts, schedule, assist, administer, track and run cost comparisons and meetings.
The person:
- Strong experience in Project Manager role
- Education/local government project experience
- Previous experience managing all phases of project
- Experience with construction software
