Job description: Duties:
1.Project manage the installation of filtration systems and thermal suites in wet leisure facilities / hotels / spas
2.Liaise with client representative to agree design / programme
3.Supervise preparation of technical specification
4.Preparation of Quality, Health & Safety Plans
5.Procurement of materials
6.Management of on-site installation and commissioning labour
7.Achieve project hand-over on time and within budgetRequirements:
1.Minimum 5-years’ experience in the design of Pool filtration Systems, essential (not simply MEP).
2.Represent company at consultant design meetings and co-ordinate with design team
3.Ability to manage design projects with to RIBA standard design stages
4.Proficiency in written and spoken English, MUST
5.Co-ordinating arrangement of design drawings, tender drawings, submission drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications
6.Holder of Degree in Engineering or other relevant experiences.
7.Knowledge of AutoCAD + BIM
8.Coordinate with property management company, contractors, architects and designers
9.Candidates are expected to be a team player as well as being able to work independently on tasks such as handling full set of drawings, project overview and material sourcing
10.Other than engineering design / calculation, & also responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects and consultants on all Mechanical &
11.Electrical Engineering matters for building construction projects
12.Travel needed on occasionRequired Characteristic:
