Job description: Responsibilities
1.Carefully analyzing client requirements, specifications, and request of proposal to gain a deep understanding of the project scope and objectives.
2.Preparing detailed and persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the proposed solution, its benefits, and the company’s capabilities.
3.Coordinating with various departments (e.g., Sales, CS, PM and QA) to obtain necessary inputs and ensure accuracy of the proposal.
4.Preparing and delivering effective proposal to clients, highlighting the key benefits of the proposed solution, and addressing any questions or concerns.
5.Assemble a complete package of technical documentation, including data sheets, manuals, certifications, and LEED-related materials, for submission.
6.Submitting the final proposal to the client within the specified deadline.
7.Identifying and developing suitable technical solutions that meet client needs while considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and timeline.
8.Work effectively with the sales head, technical sales engineer, and product manager to identify and develop new product opportunities. Coordinate the submission of new product development requests and ensure smooth transition to the development process.
9.Assist customer service and aftersales to identify the right product and spare parts needs.
10.Support other department (PM, Engineering) on their projects and initiatives.
11.Coordinate the submission of proposals to clients within specified deadlines.
12.Selection of products that precisely meet client requirements.
13.Create and maintain a database containing information about all project proposals submitted.Requirements
1.Batchelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
2.Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same field
3.Good communication skills
4.Self-driven, motivated, strong organizational skills
5.Team player and able to get on with people of different nationalities
6.Comfortable in working with different functions, e.g. Engineering, Operations, Sales
