Job description: Job Responsibilities:
1.Execution of replacement & retrofit projects
2.Prepare Plan/ schedule project in terms of Material and Manpower management
3.Material procurement and Submittal approvals
4.Monitor the progress of Project
5.Review of contractual documents related to project and correspond to external and internal parties
6.Prepare Method statement & Risk Assessment for project
7.Responsible for Safe work practice at site and report and record all accident and incidents
8.Monitor the costs Vs budget for projectsJob Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the similar role
2.Strong technical background
3.Understanding of contractual terms
4.Fair knowledge of Safety and Risk assessment
5.HVAC Project execution business back ground
6.Knowing Local process for RTA/ Mawafaq and Police approvals for Project works.
7.Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent)
8.Good English writing skills (proposal making, correspondence) to make comprehensive offers also, verbal communication skill.
9.Good Technical, analytical and problem-solving kills
10.Knowledge of MS office (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) is required to carry out the job
