Full time, fixed term position until December 2025.

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administration Assistant to support the Online Transition Project and Program Director to achieve the University’s strategic priority of enhancing in-house online capabilities related to online design, development, and delivery.

The Project Administration Assistants main responsibilities is to coordinate activities, track progress, and manage documentation. The role will facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and streamlined project execution. This position plays a central role in maintaining project efficiency and contributing to the successful development of core online design, development, and delivery capabilities.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and executive support assistance, including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications including Word (advanced), PowerPoint, Visio (intermediate) Outlook (intermediate) and Excel (basic).
  • Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated problem solving capability and a high level of organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
