Job description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Material Officer. As a Production Material Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of our production process by managing the flow and availability of materials needed for production.Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of materials received and used. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of material documentation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any material availability issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in material planning and inventory management
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using inventory management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
