Job description: My client is a dynamic private wealth advisory firm dedicated to serving international investors and expatriates globally. They are pioneering the development of an innovative wealth management app, featuring cutting-edge tools such as net worth tracking and an array of free financial resources. As they expand, they are seeking a skilled and creative Product Marketing Manager to join their team and lead the success of their product.Role Overview:They are looking for a talented individual with a passion for marketing and a knack for leveraging data to drive strategy. The ideal candidate will be both creative and data-driven, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product marketing strategy, from go-to-market plans to user engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:– Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive Product Marketing Strategy to enhance the market presence of the wealth management app.– Go-to-Market Leadership: Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.– Customer Insights: Conduct audience research to deeply understand user motivations and behaviours, using these insights to refine marketing strategies.– User Engagement: Develop and implement a playbook for introducing users to new and existing features, utilising in-app communications, campaigns, and other channels to boost retention and engagement.– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer services, marketing, and design teams to drive product adoption, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage successful product launches.– Adaptability: Address evolving business needs, including copywriting, improving onboarding conversion rates, devising content strategies, and managing email/push notifications and distribution.– Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance app awareness and credibility.Qualifications:– Experience: 3 to 6 years in marketing, with expertise in branding, positioning, outreach, strategy, go-to-market plans, campaigns, advocacy, events, and communication.– Cross-Functional Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, user experience, design, marketing, and leadership teams to drive product strategy and execution.– Innovative Strategy: Proven track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.– Analytical Skills:*Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.– Industry Experience: Experience in Consumer Tech, Consumer Goods, Internet, or other B2C sectors is preferred.If you are excited about shaping the future of wealth management and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment, they invite you to join them on this exciting journey.

Expected salary: 20000 – 30000 per month
