Job description: Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our AI Acceleration strategy to maximize the impact our client facing teams can have with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and project management, experience with AI and automation trends with the ability to drive product strategy, oversee development, and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Nasdaq’s AI ambitions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, marketing, customer success, account management and sales
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project status and product developments.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and project performance.
- Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus:
- Engage with internal customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure products meet their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully designing, launching and managing software products.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and risk management.
- Experience in designing and managing the integration of generative AI within software products to enhance end user experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with globally dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
