US160 NJ Raritan – 1003 US Highway 202 NJob Description:We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Product Lead Engineer to support Global Vision ERP -Deliver product to be located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida. This role is open for remote and hybrid work.The Product Lead Engineer- Global Vision ERP- Deliver is responsible for owning Global Vision ERP deliver product engineering team which owns design, build and deployment. The role will also require leading Deliver functional teams.Responsibilities:

  • The person would be playing a product lead engineer in a High Performing Team (HPT) and will be point of contact Technology Services (TS) Build, Design, Test, and Deployment for the vision care platform.
  • Work with RTE to intake, estimate, and quote for deliver requirements and projects.
  • Work with Business/Business technology teams relationships for Global Vision ERP.
  • Own and manage change Management in SOLMAN, release review, Common object management, and deployment for the vision Platform.
  • Support planning of environment activities including Refresh strategy for the platform/Decommissioning in partnership with the basis/application support team.
  • Support platform reliability activities for Global Vision ERP in partnership with the run/support team.
  • Build a product team with required capacity to support Global Vision and Surgical vision platform projects across functional areas.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in SAP/SD LE is required and must have at least 4 end to end full lifecycle implementation experiences.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing the IT teams is required.
  • A minimum 3 years of AGILE methodology experience is required
  • Cross functional knowledge of FI, MM, and Plan is required.
  • End to end Supply Chain experience is preferred
  • Must have experience working with technical teams like ABAP, Basis, security and Web methods.
  • Should have experience working with global teams.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills is required
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously is required
  • Experience with FDA environment preferred.
  • Experience with medical device and vision business is preferred.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $100,000 to $200,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
