This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong marketing background who can oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation and design to packaging, branding, and final execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for aesthetics, and can transform concepts into commercially successful products.Key Responsibilities:
- Concept to Launch – Develop unique product ideas, oversee production, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- Packaging & Visual Identity – Lead packaging design and branding efforts, ensuring a strong market presence.
- Brand Storytelling & Positioning – Craft compelling narratives around products to enhance customer engagement.
- Market & Consumer Insights – Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products.
- Collaboration & Coordination – Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Project & Budget Management – Oversee production timelines, cost management, and supplier coordination.
- Sustainability & Innovation – Where relevant, integrate sustainable practices into product development and packaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, branding, or marketing (preferably from FMCG or premium/luxury brand).
- Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging product designs.
- Excellent project management skills – able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with packaging and visual branding (working with designers, agencies, or in-house teams).
- Ability to think both strategically and hands-on, ensuring products are both commercially viable and aesthetically appealing.
Expected salary: 15000 – 25000 per month
