Job description: Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives and requirements.Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and conditions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in Procurement is a plus.Preferred to have 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation.Experience with supplier management and vendor relations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Expected salary: 20000 – 25000 per month
