Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition, order creation, vendor selection, negotiation, to delivery.
2.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for various products and services.
3.Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
4.Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers.
5.Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost-saving opportunities.
6.Coordinate logistics and timely delivery of goods to ensure business operations continue without disruption.
7.Address and resolve issues with suppliers regarding delays, quality problems, or payment disputes (if any).
8.Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
9.Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding procurement-related inquiries.Qualifications & Skills
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field(preferred).
2.6-8 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
