Job description: Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the procurement process for materials, services, and contracting, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
- Monitor order progress and expedite delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials and services.
- Work closely with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements and ensure procurement aligns with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with experience in ADNOC and its group companies.
- Background in Technical, Engineering, and EPC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Ariba Systems for purchasing materials, service contracting, and expediting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
