- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timeliness
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and forecast procurement needs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures and supply chain management concepts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Expected salary: 5700 – 6000 per month
