- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
- Maintain inventory control and reduce procurement-related costs
- Implement quality assurance checks on incoming goods and supplies
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all procurement transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to forecast and fulfill operational needs
- Adhere to Marriott procurement policies and local regulatory standards
Governance & Standards
- Uphold transparency, compliance, and ethical purchasing practices
- Maintain audit-ready procurement records and contracts
- Follow internal controls and quality assurance procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel procurement or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel procurement and inventory management software
