As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel purchasing functions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality goods and services. You will play a key role in optimizing costs and supporting operational excellence across the property.Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement for hotel operations, including sourcing, contracting, and inventory control
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast material needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely deliveries
- Implement and enforce procurement policies and compliance standards
- Review purchase orders and reconcile with budget targets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Ensure quality standards are upheld across all purchased goods

- Uphold transparency and ethical practices in all supplier dealings
- Maintain detailed documentation for internal audits and vendor reviews
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality procurement regulations is a plus
