- Lead procurement planning in coordination with hotel departments
- Identify, assess, and maintain supplier relationships for key goods and services
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
- Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and UAE regulations
- Review and approve purchase orders and requisitions
- Evaluate vendor performance and enforce quality control measures
- Work closely with Finance on budgeting and cost tracking
Governance & Standards
- Maintain audit-compliant documentation for all procurement transactions
- Promote sustainable sourcing and ethical procurement standards
- Implement internal controls and reporting systems to reduce procurement risks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Hospitality
- 3+ years of experience in a hospitality or hotel procurement environment
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems
- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
