The current chef will leave in a few months, providing ample time for a handover. The family’s dietary requirements and preferences are well-documented. They seek someone flexible, adaptable to changes, and able to accommodate last-minute requests.Cuisine:The family enjoys a wide variety of cuisines, excluding pork. They appreciate traditional Indian cuisine, refined Asian fusion dishes, BBQ meats, and high-end cuisine for entertaining.The chef should be experienced and flexible, able to prepare a wide range of styles, for exemple: from simple breakfasts to family-style BBQ lunches and all the way to potentially Michelin-style dinners when the familly entertains.Dietary considerations include gluten intolerance and vegetarian preferences among some ocassional guests. Nutritional knowledge is preferred as the principal values health and nutrition highly.Expertise in Asian cuisine, traditional Indian dishes, and British cuisine is required.For reference: Favorite restaurants include Beef Bar in Monaco, Gymkhana in London, Koya, Amazonico, and similar venues.Contract:The role offers a full-time position with accommodation on-site in Dubai. The family travels and will require the chef to follow them on their motor yacht in Monaco when they use it for the summer. The contract includes a month of paid vacation annually, with potential for additional time off when the family travels.Important:The family will require the chef to fly to Dubai or Monaco to organize a food tasting to validate the selection.Yachting diplomas and certificates are not required for this position.Requirements:
- Position opened to Male or Female Chefs
- Must hold an EU passport (for travel reasons)
- Experience as a Private Chef or Yacht Chef
- Must be very flexible and accept last-minute changes and requests
- Nutrition knowledge preferred
