Job Description:

What You’ll Do – We Play to Win

  • Responsible for coordinating the activities, ceremonies, and events for the Customer Experience Value Stream (CXVS) as a key member of the Contact Center Systems and Digital Servicing organization (CCS&DS), supporting enterprise operations solutions – enabling the achievement of the value stream goals and financial targets.
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Orchestrates workflows across CXVS capabilities and ARTs and cross-functional, complex initiatives in a matrixed operating model.
  • Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

How You’ll Do It – We Succeed Together

  • Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.
  • Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.
  • Supports the Product leadership team through weekly huddles, team-building, problem solving and alignment activities
  • Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies to enable effective intake and prioritization of projects.
  • Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy
  • Provides leadership and guidance’s to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.
  • Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the product organization. Assists in translating ideas and concepts into an executable projects.
  • Supports outward-facing storytelling, marketing, and celebrating of the product organization
  • Mentors and assists more junior team members

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
  • 6+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experience

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
