ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Principal HR Reporting Consultant.
The Principal HR Reporting Consultant is a new role responsible for leading a dedicated team in managing and co-ordinating the HR reporting function to support the HR reporting business requirements of the department. In this role you will manage the development, enhancements, and improvements to the Hr Reporting delivery and solution to meet the needs of the organization.
Ideal candidates will have experience and knowledge of current reporting tools to lead a team in provide a quality reporting service to our clients within a diverse and large organisation, then this position is for you.

- Highly developed experience and knowledge in leading a team in a large and complex environment in the delivery of a quality reporting solution.
- Demonstrated experience in working with contemporary reporting tools such as SQL, Cognos etc in the management, identification, development and delivery of comprehensive and reliable HR Reporting solutions to meet the departments HR reporting needs.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
