We are taking applications for a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join Trinity Auto Group Pre-Delivery team based at our Earlville Pre-delivery Centre.
We are seeking a highly motivated and preferably experienced individual to join our team as a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, in our purpose-built pre-delivery facility. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in the seamless operation of our pre-delivery service.
As the Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing a great team of techs, fitters, detailers, and tinters in a fast-paced high volume Pre-Delivery facility to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to our customers.
The Role:
You will work within a supportive team structure that is responsible for preparing new vehicles for delivery for 13 New Car Sales departments. This includes managing the department that facilitates vehicle storage, Pre-Delivery inspections, Accessory fitting, Car Care product application, detailing, and delivery of new vehicles requested for sale and display stock.
This specific role will require you to effectively plan, schedule and manage the tasks required through the Pre-Delivery workshop, and communicate with the Sales departments and Transport providers to achieve vehicle delivery timelines and departmental goals.
SO, WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
Hours of work – 7.30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Remuneration package – Salary $70000 + Super per year + monthly performance incentives. That would see OTE (on target earnings) of $85000 per year.
Your Experience:
- Effective and detailed communication to all stakeholders
- Be confident and competent in your organisational ability.
- Manage a complex array of internal & external tasks & vehicle movements in a timely manner.
- Get hands on when required to achieve volume targets at key times.
- Hold a current Qld manual Drivers license.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent quality work is our priority.
- Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office and sound knowledge of dealership management systems.
- A professional and friendly approach coupled with a positive attitude to problem solving.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a large team.
- Knowledge of automotive fitment processes, parts management, and detailing practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
