Remote Work: YesJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance in effectively planning, development, maintenance, and operations support for Microsoft SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions for our client. You will help us consult, establish, manage, and maintain large numbers of Power Automate and App solutions, and collaborate with Enterprise IT to ensure seamless operations.Responsibilities: * Technological Expertise:
- Guide the organization in adopting standards for managing a large number of apps and scaling up development.
- Develop and enhance the new and existing SharePoint main sites and subsites.
- Develop PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points to support and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Support the customer’s SharePoint Administrators, Power Platform app owners, power users and other users with issues.
- Deliverables:
- Documentation of SOPs, guides, and tips and tricks for the supported technologies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Provide continuous guidance on current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, ensuring ongoing optimization and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training to technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Position is contingent upon passing the NIH Background Screening (to obtain US Public Trust).
- Strong experience working with and managing environments in the SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, particularly within a U.S. Federal agency context.
- 5+ years SharePoint development and maintenance experience.
- 3+ years Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with citizen developers and Enterprise IT teams to achieve optimal solutions.
- Proven track record in guiding organizations to standards for managing large numbers of apps and scaling up development.
- Experience in document libraries, workflows, enterprise lists, sub-sites, and site collections.
- Strong knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
- Working knowledge of a broad set of SharePoint content management including Microsoft Office 365 tenant, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps Flows, PowerShell Scripting, and Development experience using CSOM, CSS/jQuery and SharePoint Online API, etc.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including, SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow, Teams, Power BI, RPA, and Azure.
- Familiarity with either C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent understanding of Federal agency IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly desirable.
