– Identify gaps in current frameworks and recommend enhancements to improve socio-economic impact
– Analyze statistical and qualitative data on economic, social, and political indicators
– Monitor local and global policy developments and assess their relevance to the UAE context
– Prepare clear and concise policy briefs, evaluation reports, and recommendations for decision-makers
– Present findings and strategies in internal reviews, stakeholder meetings, and conferences
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government partners to support policy execution and reformQualifications– Bachelor\’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
– 2-4 years of relevant experience in policy analysis, economic research, or public sector advisory
– Strong analytical and research capabilities, with an ability to interpret complex datasets
– Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar statistical software)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical findings
