Job description: We are accepting applications on a continuous basis for the position of Police Officer (Entry-Level, Academy Graduate, or Out-of-State Lateral).
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Applicants can submit a passing PELLETB or NTN score for the written exam requirement. We encourage applicants to attach a passing score when applying, however, if candidates do not have an acceptable score when submitting an application, a detailed e-mail invitation will be sent when an application is at the written exam step. Candidates have 30 days from the application submission date to submit a passing PELLETB or NTN score.
- Scores that are within one year of the application date and that meet the minimum passing score will be accepted. Applicants can take and submit results for either of the two tests below.
: Minimum passing score of 65% for video, 70% for reading and 70% for writing. Virtual and in-person options are available for NTN. : Minimum passing score of 49. * Step 3: Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ)
- Step 4: Oral Board Interview
- Step 5: Management Panel Interview
- Step 6: Physical Agility Test (waived for academy graduates)
- We accept WSTB results, which must be within one year of application date and meet the minimum passing score of 320.
- Step 7: Polygraph

- Step 9: Executive Panel Interview
- Step 10: Conditional Offer (Final job offer is dependent on the Medical and Psychological evaluations)

HIRING BONUS
Hiring bonus for new Police Officer Entry-level in a total amount of $10,000. The new hire will receive the first payment of $5,000 upon acceptance of final offer letter and $5,000 upon completion of the probationary period. (To be eligible for the hiring bonus, applicants must apply on or after November 28, 2022)
