About The Role:

BKI is seeking a Plumbing Teacher to join our Trades and Skills Centre at Charleston Road Bendigo. The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training for students enrolled in Certificates II, III and IV in Plumbing. Conduct competency-based assessments in a range of settings including classroom, Workshop and online environments.

You will be contributing to design, facilitation and evaluation of teaching and learning programs. You will also develop assessment tools and support planning and evaluation in a range of contemporary VET settings.

We are excited about you because you have :

  • Licenced or Registered with the VBA
  • Current Industry Experience in Plumbing
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A).
  • Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed

  • Licence or Registration number with the VBA
