Job description: Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate plastic manufacturing operations, including plastic injection molding and HDPE printing processes.Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.Train and mentor production staff on proper techniques and procedures for plastic manufacturing.Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies required for production.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.Communicate with management to provide regular updates on production status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.5 to 7 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with a focus on plastic injection molding and HDPE printing.Proven experience in a supervisory role, leading production teams and managing manufacturing operations.In-depth knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Familiarity with UAE regulations and standards for plastic manufacturing

Expected salary: 5000 per month
