This includes analyzing performance data, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with buying, logistics, and store operations teams to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. - Ensure stock availability across locations in line with sales forecasts and allocation plans

- Monitor warehouse fulfillment and coordinate with logistics for timely stock delivery
- Create weekly WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) reports to highlight performance gaps and opportunities
- Maintain cross-functional communication with buying, logistics, and store operations teams
- Identify replenishment opportunities and execute allocation strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar planner role within a retail environment (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in retail planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and proactive approach
