- Conduct thorough assessments of employee’s physical condition, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems
- Develop customized treatment plans to address specific issues and goals
- Utilize various techniques such as massage, exercise, heat/cold therapy, and electrotherapy to provide pain relief and improve mobility
- Educate and guide employees on proper body mechanics and exercises to prevent future injuries
- Monitor and track progress of employees and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other health professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to holistically address employee’s needs
- Maintain accurate and updated records of treatment plans and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license to practice
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a corporate setting
- In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems
- Proficient in various physiotherapy techniques and modalities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
Expected salary: 3500 – 4500 per month
