  • (Bachelor’s degree in Education +Specialization) OR ( Teaching Diploma +ADEK+ Bachelor’s degree).

Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Teacher to join our team and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics and a passion for teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. The role requires teaching Physics across various year levels, ensuring students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. This teacher will play a key role in inspiring a love for science and fostering academic achievement in a supportive and challenging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Prepare and deliver dynamic and well-structured lessons in Physics, ensuring they are engaging and accessible for students of varying abilities.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Teach Physics in line with the school’s curriculum (e.g., British, American, IB, etc.), incorporating practical and theoretical learning experiences.
  • Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students’ understanding of concepts through quizzes, exams, assignments, and practical work. Provide constructive feedback and track progress.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, inquiry, and respect for others.
  • Lab Supervision: Organise and oversee laboratory activities, ensuring students conduct experiments safely and effectively.
  • Supportive Learning: Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, providing extra support or advanced challenges where necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance, student progress, and behaviour.
  • Extracurricular Activities: Participate in and support school extracurricular activities, particularly those related to science and technology, such as science clubs, science fairs, etc.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside other science teachers and staff to create a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience.
  • Professional Development: Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training to stay updated with the latest educational methodologies and scientific developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field (required).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent) (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in Physics, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of Physics concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and effectively to students of different abilities.
  • Proficiency in practical lab experiments and the ability to design engaging hands-on activities.
  • Classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Passionate about inspiring students and cultivating a deep understanding of the physical world.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, IB).
  • Familiarity with curriculum standards American.
  • Experience in the UAE or within an international school setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of EdTech tools and online teaching platforms.

  • Salary: AED 9000 to AED 12000

Expected salary: 9000 – 12000 per month
