The Performance and Talent Management Lead will coordinate the annual performance cycle, manage succession planning, enhance managerial capabilities, and partner with Learning & Development to deliver robust talent strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of performance analytics, employee engagement, and leadership development frameworks aligned with group-wide and divisional strategies.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual performance cycle using SAP SuccessFactors and balanced scorecards
- Implement performance frameworks tailored to agile and traditional organizational needs
- Partner with L&D to design programs supporting leadership, performance, and feedback culture
- Drive talent review cycles, succession planning, and career pathing for key roles
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify and support high-potential talent
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulatory requirements
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reward top performers
- Liaise between central HR and automotive business units for cohesive talent strategies
- Monitor poor performance cases and ensure effective PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) are executed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in performance and talent management within large organizations
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, scorecard systems, and analytics tools
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills
- Deep expertise in succession planning, performance feedback systems, and L&D collaboration
