Job description: Responsibilities:Payroll automation InitiativesPayroll Transformation & ProcessingProject ManagementSystem IntegrationTesting and Quality AssuranceTraining and SupportCompliance and Risk ManagementStakeholder CommunicationTeam LeadershipEmployee Data ManagementTax Withholding and Reporting (if applicable for the area of operations)Payroll ReconciliationDirect Deposits and Payment DistributionRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) integration.Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks)Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on automation and process improvement.Proven experience with payroll software and automation tools.Demonstrated success in managing payroll system transformations and integrations.Payroll Systems Expertise: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, ADP, Paychex, Workday) and automation technologies.Process Improvement: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance payroll processes.Project Management: Strong project management skills.Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of payroll regulations and data protection.Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools like Excel or SQL.

Expected salary: 12000 – 15000 per month
