United Health Services is seeking a Patient Experience Associate – FT, Days, Patient Access Care to join our Access Care 03 department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.
Shift Day
Hours per week: 40
Salary range: $15.00 – $20.74 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview Under supervision, performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.
License/Certification
Preferred:
- Current driver’s license
