Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it’s a calling that drives us forward every day.Job OverviewThe Patient Access Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing scheduling workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes between Health Services leadership and the front line Front Office teams. The Patient Access Specialist will work closely with Patient Access and Health Services Leadership, Data Analyst Teams, and Clinic leadership to document and analyze workflows against access standards and protocols, and provide recommendations on enhancements to optimize operational workflows. They will provide education, training, and coaching to staff and team on analysis and decision making methods, tools, and policies and procedures. Will serve as Team Leader or Project Manager for medium to large sized projects.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical/dental practice in Front Office required.Minimum of 1 year experience in process improvement and/or other qualitymanagement/improvement related experience preferred.General experience with electronic health records; Epic preferredCompensation$25.00 – $29.84 hourlyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
