Your New Role:
- Conduct benefit investigations
- Verify patient insurance information
- Navigate reimbursement barriers
Your Experience:
- Education: Relevant to the position
- 1 to 2 years of experience communicating with healthcare professionals
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with Medicare Part B and Medicare Advantage plans
- 3 to 5 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers regarding health insurance plan requirements
- Salesforce system experience preferred
- Experience with buy & bill insurance process preferred
