Challenge. Growth.ResponsibilitiesIn this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer service coverage, patient registration, and insurance intake.
  • Appointment scheduling, insurance verifications, multi-line telephone coverage, data entry, filing protected health information (PHI), referrals/physician orders, point of service collections, and financial estimates, while maintaining quality patient/customer relations.

QualificationsExperience and education minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • One year of medical office/hospital experience or successful completion of Medical Terminology class (must be able to provide evidence from a recognized institution of learning).
