- Greet patients and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and financial information.
- Enter patient details into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Obtain and explain necessary forms to patients or guarantors.
- Ensure medical necessity compliance by reviewing documentation and obtaining required signatures.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and maintain a well-organized lobby experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in patient access or healthcare administration.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred.
- Experience with health insurance verification – Required.
- Proficiency in EMR systems – Required (EPIC experience preferred).
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience)
