If you have 2+ years of medical admin experience along with stable work history then we want to talk to you!!Job Title: Patient Access RepresentativeLocation: Dallas, TXPay: $17 – $20/hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmJob Overview:Under general supervision, this role is responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and collecting patient liabilities in accordance with financial clearance policies. The representative will engage directly with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure a smooth and supportive intake experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interviews to obtain patient demographics, insurance, and financial dataPerform insurance verifications and determine coverage for anticipated servicesCalculate and collect patient financial responsibility; negotiate payment plans when neededProvide exceptional customer service during high-stress or emotional patient encountersEscort patients and assist with directions or mobility support as neededMaintain professionalism and compassion in sensitive situationsAdhere to all compliance, safety, and patient identification protocolsRequirements:2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare preferred)Must have 1+ year experience working in physician’s office/hospital doing insurance verifications requiredStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilityComfortable standing for extended periodsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applicationsHigh level of empathy and professionalism, especially in high-pressure environmentsBachelor s Degree may be accepted in place of experienceApplication Process Includes:Drug testingSkills TestingBackground check
