The Parent Relations Executive – School Operations Dubai UAE will play a central role in building lasting relationships with parents and promoting the school’s values, achievements, and unique strengths. The position includes managing front-of-house operations, leading school tours, organizing community events, and driving parent engagement to support enrolment growth and retention.Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging school tours for prospective parents and visitors, highlighting the school’s key differentiators
- Manage daily front-of-house reception operations to ensure exceptional customer service across all parent interactions
- Coordinate newsletters and communication channels to keep the parent community well-informed and involved
- Plan and execute parent engagement events and community-building initiatives
- Contribute content to internal and external communications, including school newsletters, website, and social media platforms
- Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Conduct surveys with new parents to gather insights on the enrolment experience and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with the Principal and corporate marketing teams to implement localized marketing strategies
- Ensure all promotional and digital content is accurate, current, and aligned with GEMS brand standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree from a recognized institution preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or relationship-building role
- Proven ability to meet sales or enrolment targets in an educational or service-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
- Skilled in time management, multitasking, and operating under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; tech-savvy with presentation and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with parents, students, and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of school environments or experience in the education sector is advantageous
