Job Type: Full TimeJob OverviewAs a Paramedic at Jumeirah Al Qasr, you will be responsible for providing on-site medical assistance, managing medical emergencies, and supporting health and safety compliance across the property. This includes readiness of medical equipment, accident reporting, and participation in emergency response planning.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency medical care to guests and colleagues in accordance with local health authority regulations
- Maintain an organized and sterile treatment environment with well-maintained medical equipment
- Ensure proper medical record-keeping, inventory control, and medication storage
- Coordinate with security and management to report and document accidents and safety incidents
- Participate in hotel-wide emergency preparedness, including evacuation and contingency planning
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and attend all relevant training sessions
- Educate staff on basic safety and first aid awareness when required
Job Requirements
- UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in emergency medical services; hotel experience is a plus
- Diploma in Emergency Care (AEA/CCA/National Diploma); certifications in ACLS, PHTLS, and PALS preferred
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English (written and spoken)
- Able to remain calm under pressure, act proactively, and work independently
