As one of the early entrants in the UAE and GCC markets, the company has firmly established itself as a vital contractor within these industries, known for its innovative approach and customer-centric solutions.Job Summary:We are seeking two dynamic Outdoor Sales Executives to join our clients team in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales by serving customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring the companys sales targets are met. They will also manage customer accounts and ensure effective inventory control through the ERP system, working closely with storekeepers and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales customers to ensure achievement of sales targets set by the manager/company.
- Ensure that company’s sales targets are understood and met.
- Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of orders.
- Submit orders by referring to price and product list.
- Keep management informed of sales and target progress by submitting activity and results reports, weekly and monthly plans
- Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and sharing this information to the rest of the sales team.
- Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Assist other Sales Representatives with technical questions as and when needed.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions.
- Maintain records on area and customer sales on hard and soft copy by using the ERP system. Enter all data and information relating purchase and inventory onto the ERP system.
- Work hand in hand with the storekeeper to ensure all physical stock are the same with the system and no stock being misused and misplaced. Keep record of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
- Receive the internal requisition for materials as per the customer’s purchase order and request of the inspection department for equipment and tools.
- Verify the present stock level and availability with the existing supplier.
- Assist the Branch Manager for preparing the approved supplier list.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Operations Manager from time to time.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Energy & Mining, Mining & Metals, or Oil & Energy
- Freshers with a flair for sales and a great personality are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using ERP systems for sales and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Position available in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
- Salary: AED 5000 + Incentives
Expected salary: 5000 per month
