- Assist in research and analysis of workforce data and organizational metrics
- Support the VP – Organization Effectiveness with preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
- Help with governance-related documentation and process improvement
- Collect and clean data for performance and productivity assessments
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing manpower planning
- Collaborate with HR and strategy teams on special projects
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields
Experience:
- Previous internship or academic project in HR analytics or performance analysis is a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
