- Proven ability to drive business development and expand a client base in the logistics industry.
- Strong network and contacts within the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and systems, with a good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is highly preferred.
Expected salary: 12000 per month
