Job description: Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to optimize productivity.Manage daily operations, including staff management, inventory, and customer inquiries.Collaborate with teams to improve processes and resolve issues promptly.Ensure facility compliance, safety, and cleanliness.Mentor and manage floor staff, receptionists, technicians, and cleaners.Stay updated on industry trends and train employees accordingly.Collaborate with marketing for effective event advertisements and campaigns.Monitor operational progress and provide regular reports to management.Host and lead customer events, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.Experience working with children (ages 0-12) and families in recreational settings.Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
