The PSC works with Pacific Island countries to build the capacity of officials and deal with a broad range of security challenges through executive and professional development courses, policy workshops, technical assistance and research.The OpportunityThe Operations Manager will work to the Business Manager and will work closely with the Program Manager for Stakeholder Engagement and Education. The position will support the delivery of PSCs work across all aspects of the program. It will contribute to budget management, contract management, reporting to DFAT, human resources, as well as the day to day general administration of the College.Some travel may be required as part of this position.Our Ideal CandidateTo be successful in this role, you need to have a broad skillset that includes financial management, administration and contract management. It is essential that you are able to collaborate and work as part a team. Qualifications or demonstrated experience in Management or accounting will be highly regarded.
